LOVE TOAST LIMITED is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide how and why it is used. 2. What we collect and why
We only collect what we need. The table below sets out each kind of information, why we use it, and the lawful basis we rely on under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use only the cookies and storage the site needs to work until you tell us otherwise. Analytics and anything else non-essential stays off unless you accept it in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Our cookies policy lists every cookie and item of storage the site uses.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run the site, under contracts that require them to keep it secure and use it only on our instructions, and where the law requires us to.

Where a provider processes information outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it.

6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- ask us to restrict how we use it;
- object to our using it where we rely on legitimate interests;
- ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email hello@lovetoast.co.uk. It is free, and we will reply within one month. We may need to ask you to confirm your identity first.
7. How to complain
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first at hello@lovetoast.co.ukso we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
